Covid-19 Guidelines
Please read these guidelines in full so that we can keep all our families and teachers safe on our return to live classroom-based teaching.
We would like to draw your attention to the final point, that we plan to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace if appropriate.
the parent consent form
No child can attend a booked teaching session unless their parent/guardian has fully completed our updated Consent Form. Without this completed document on our records your child will be turned away from the session without a refund. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform us of any changes or updates to the consent given.
Attending the teaching session
Please do not bring your child along to a teaching session for 14 days if any member of your household displays symptoms or has come into contact with someone displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
Guidance will be given for drop-off and collection safety procedures at each venue.
Parents and children are to remain socially distanced at the venue, before, during and after the club session.
Should any symptoms present during or after the club, please notify us immediately.
changes to the teaching format
Our teachers will be wearing a mask or a visor throughout the session.
Hand sanitiser will be provided at each venue, to be used by anyone entering or leaving the teaching room.
- Tables and chairs will be wiped down with EPA-approved disinfectant between club sessions.
