EXTRA SESSIONS information

All booking related and session follow-up emails will be sent to the email address used to checkout for the booking.

If you chose to pay by BACs your booking is not secure until full payment has been received.

What does my child need to bring along?

 All materials are provided on the day, plus biscuits and drinks for the group (in hall sessions).

We strongly advise that your child brings their own snacks if they suffer from an allergy or food intolerance. 

What are the timings?

 Doors open 5 minutes beforehand and we begin promptly on time. Please don’t be late.

Zoom meetings have their own timetable which will be on the private web page sent to you 48 hours before the session (please check your junk file if it doesn’t arrive). 

All hall sessions end on time. Please notify us if someone else is collecting your child. We do not allow children to walk home alone unless we have formal permission in writing, dated and signed by a parent.
